30-day returns

Not in love with your keychain? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • The keychain must be unused and in the condition you received it.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • To start a return, message us through our contact page with your order number and we'll send you the return address.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't the keychain you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method and email you to confirm. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Every keychain is one of a kind, so the fastest way to swap is to return the one you have and order the one you want.
